Demolition and subsequent recycling of existing domestic dwelling to make way for a new state of the art Passivhaus. The construction incorporates eco-friendly technology and materials such as zero use of concrete and gypsum plaster. The site was carefully protected to preserve the surrounding trees and soil throughout the construction phase, with the dwelling was built off a platform of Radix ground piles.
