This property was in need of renovation to bring the building up to current standards of finish and match it’s peers in the commercial property market. We carried out a full upgrade of the reception space and all communal areas of the building. Works included an overhaul of the reception area, bespoke feature wall, plaster skim and decorate basement to 3rd floor, new stainless steel balustrades, lighting throughout, new floor finishes and a new lift installation. The 3rd floor was occupied for the contract duration and close liaison with the tenant was required to mitigate disruption. In addition, an upgrade of the building façade was carried out, comprising granite clean, new cladding, signage and entrance door.
