• Ensure F10 forms are issued in due time for notifiable projects (Domestic projects)
• Review R&D asbestos survey in advance of any works commencing and take appropriate actions as required. Advise if a survey is required
• All operatives and visitors to be site inducted and maintain sign in registers
• Ensure adequate site and safety signage at all times
• Carry out risk assessments and method statements in advance of planned works
• Review of sub-contract partners risk assessments and method statements
• Engage specialist to carry out temporary works designs where appropriate to do so
• Weekly scaffold inspections by qualified person
• Ensure mechanical access users are IPAF certified
• Site tool box talks as appropriate
• Provide suitable welfare facilities at all times
• Compliance with Company H&S Policy
• Waste segregation and general compliance with Environmental Policy

Programme & Communication

• Ensure all works are programmed and planned. Comprehensive preparation during the pre-construction phase is paramount, identifying any issues with long lead materials etc
• Communicate programme and timelines to our clients and notify of any movement as soon as it is apparent
• Regular progress reporting and client communication
• Issue any requests for information in due time and manage the process accordingly – contributing to the efficiency of the project delivery and ensuring completion on time

Quality & Workmanship

• Our Contract Manager will carry out regular works inspections – no sub-standard works will be left without attention and remedial action
• Ensure our sub-contract partners meet the standards and workmanship expected by the Company
• Carry out pre-completion snagging and remedy at first opportunity
